After years of solely directing the program and managing the stage for this annual event, plan A was tasked with the production of the entire evening - an elegant seated dinner awards ceremony for over 1,100 people.

​

At a first-time venue, with only 3 months to put it all together, our appetite for challenge was put to the test.  Based on the event Chair's love of Los Angeles, we designed a sophisticated stage with the downtown LA city skyline as the backdrop.  Working with the venue's food and beverage team, we streamlined the bars, enhanced the dinner and realized some budget efficiencies in the process.

 

Our performance on this event solidified CAALA's confidence in plan A's services and execution, kicking off a longer relationship on future events, starting with the negotiation of a multi-year hotel contract for their annual convention.
