YPO Central Regional Conference 2016

 

A multi-faceted, high touch and complex 5 day conference featuring 15 speakers, including keynotes Bob & Lee Woodruff. We also produced and negotiated four evening parties direct with vendors to eliminate third party costs and maximize the budget.  We packaged, promoted and coordinated 25 offsite activities ranging from private planes to the Grand Canyon, guided hikes and bikes, jeep tours and hot air balloon rides.
