Two-day logistically challenging, unprecedented conference across 8 UCLA venues boasted 1200 attendees, 130+ speakers covering 51 sessions within 7 conference tracks and guests housed at 6 hotels throughout Beverly Hills.

 

We took over Rodeo Drive for the private evening party, partnered with luxury retailers such as Patek Phillipe, Rolex, Ferragamo & Piaget, flew in the son of Fidel Castro’s personal cigar roller and staged a cooking competition between Wolfgang Puck and José Andrés judged by Hollywood celebrities.
