The plan A team was brought in 6 months out to turnaround this 5 day conference for 300 guests at Fountainbleau Miami Beach with keynote Speaker, then-Presidential candidate Carly Fiorina. We managed all event portfolios, committee chairs, DMC and staff which required precision planning and execution of the highest caliber, all delivered under budget.
